We're at 16339 Cortez Blvd in Brooksville. Most of our tenants come from Brooksville, Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee, Hernando Beach, and Ridge Manor — usually a 15-minute drive or less.
Not a chain. The owner lives here. The manager works on the property Tuesday through Saturday. We chose concrete block over metal panels because the summers are brutal. We added AI-monitored security after a neighboring lot got hit. The online rental system exists because nobody wants to drive over for a signature.
