How it works

No hallways, no elevators.

Pull up. Roll up the door. Load. In Florida humidity, the difference between drive-up and indoor-corridor storage is real. You spend less time outside, less time on stairs, and less time on a dolly.

Drive-up storage questions

Common questions, answered.

What is drive-up storage?

Drive-up storage units have direct vehicle access — pull your car, truck, or van right up to the unit door. No hallways, no elevators. Loading takes a fraction of the time, especially in Florida heat.

Can I access my drive-up unit 24/7?

Yes. Your personal gate code works every hour, every day of the year. Office hours are Tue–Sat 8–2, but you never need to come during office hours to use the unit.

Are drive-up units climate-controlled?

No, but they're built from concrete block on all sides — exterior and interior walls between units. That keeps temperatures noticeably cooler than the standard metal-panel storage facility. Read more about our concrete block construction.

How much do drive-up units cost in Brooksville?

$89/mo for an A Unit (8×10), $110/mo for a B Unit (8×14), $145/mo for a C Unit (10×20). Month-to-month, no hidden fees. Rent online or check the price guide.

Can I fit a motorcycle, ATV, or car in a drive-up unit?

Our unit doors are 3′ wide, so a typical motorcycle fits through. ATVs, cars, and anything wider than 3′ will not. Our enclosed units are designed for furniture, boxes, and household or business contents — not vehicle storage. For boats, RVs, trailers, ATVs, and vehicles, see our outdoor lot storage.
