Complete the Online Lease
Fill out your contact information and sign the lease agreement digitally — the whole thing happens in your browser. No printing, no scanning, no mailing anything. It typically takes 2–3 minutes.
Pay Your First Month
Pay securely online using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. Your payment is processed instantly through our encrypted payment system. You can set up autopay at this step so future payments are automatic.
Get Your Gate Code — Start Storing
Immediately after completing your rental, you'll receive your personal gate access code. Drive to 16339 Cortez Blvd in Brooksville, enter your code, and pull right up to your unit. The gate is open 24/7 — come whenever works for you.

As soon as you sign and pay, your gate code is active. Drive to 16339 Cortez Blvd, punch in your code, and you’re in — no office stop required.

Do I need to visit the office to rent a storage unit?
No. The entire process is online — unit selection, lease signing, payment, and gate code delivery. You never have to visit the office to start using your unit.
How quickly do I get my gate access code?
Immediately after completing your rental online. Your gate code is delivered by email as soon as your lease and payment are processed. You can drive to the facility right away.
What if I have a problem during the online rental process?

Can I see the unit before renting online?
You can visit the facility during office hours (Tue–Sat 8 AM–2 PM) to walk the property and see units before committing. Or you can rent online and start using the unit the same day — month-to-month, with no long-term risk.
What payment methods are accepted online?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. You can also set up recurring auto-pay so your monthly bill is handled automatically.
